Jorge Mendes and Inácio’s agent (the same one who represents Amorim) are working to find the best solution for the 25-year-old. Sporting are not asking for the €60m release clause, but are demanding between €40-45m to let him go. Inácio is currently attracting interest from Barcelona, Milan, and Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal. In the last few hours, the Blaugrana have also been linked with Inacio, with Gerard Romero mentioning the 25-year-old as a target, along with RB Leipzig’s French centre-back Castello Lukeba. However, Matteo Moretto has since clarified on X that he is not a name they are looking at, so it could well be a case of Milan versus Al-Hilal. The Sporting CP coach meanwhile admitted after the game on Sunday that he cannot guarantee Inacio will stay.
