TOWSON, Md. – Towson University women's soccer earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the fourth consecutive season and the eighth time in the past nine seasons. Teams with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher earn this honor.  As a team during the 2025-26 academic year, Towson earned a 3.4 GPA.  Seventeen Towson women's soccer players were placed on the Spring 2025 Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll. Four players, Sydney Lindeman , Kale'a Perry , Riley Matthews and Emely Rubio earned high honors with distinction, given to those who maintained a 4.0 GPA. The Tigers start the 2026 season on the road against Mount Saint Mary's on August 16. The home opener is against George Washington on August 23 at 6 p.m. Admission to all games at Tiger Field is free.
