According to TRT Spor reporter Doruk Tecimer, Lukaku has been ‘offered’ to Fenerbahce and this is not the first time that he has been proposed to the Turkish giants. In fact, he had also been offered during the January transfer window and once more around a month ago. As things stand, there have not been any formal discussions between Fenerbahce, Napoli or the player’s agents.
