Minnesota Vikings enjoyed joint practices with Baltimore Ravens Vikings will play Ravens in exhibition game Saturday at Noon EAGAN, MN (Dakota News Now) -The Minnesota Vikings have had a fun couple of days on their practice field. And that’s not something that usually happens, especially in fall camp. They have had a joint practice with the Baltimore Ravens this week. That’s who they play in exhibition game #2 this weekend. These joint practices have actually been well-received by NFL players and coaches and sometimes they can get quite lively. If nothing else, it’s just great to go against a real opponent instead of your teammates. Justin Jefferson, Vikings WR says, “Treating it like game-like. Obviously with me not being able to play in the pre-season and letting the practices preps be my game reps. So just coming out here and going against a different opponent that’s in the playoffs and pretty much a championship contender team. To get work in with them, it was definitely a great two days.” Aaron Jones, Vikings RB says, “It gives us great practice but at the same time we want to see another color in front of us. So it makes practice go by a little faster, a little more fun. Competitive even more so. The fans come out and they give us a boost as well.” Dallas Turner, Vikings LB says, “It was definitely beneficial. We got a lot of good working going up against a good team for these two days of joint practice we’ve seen a lot of different looks. It was just good going against another competitive team.” The players definitely had an extra bounce in their step going against another team. And like Aaron said, having the fans cheering for them makes a big difference and more fun as well. Copyright 2026 Dakota News Now. All rights reserved.
