The Imps are the visitors for the 3pm kick-off, and here's everything you need to know if you're heading to Pride Park Stadium. Please note that some of the information provided in our online Matchday Hub may not apply to this Carabao Cup fixture. The Ticket Office will be open from 10am until kick-off. Home Ticket Collections will be available from the Ticket Collection Mini Cabin, located adjacent to the Lionel Pickering Entrance on the North-West Corner of the stadium, from 1pm. The North Stand Access Issue Windows will also open from 1pm to assist with any ticketing or stadium access issues on arrival. Supporters are advised not to travel without a valid ticket and are encouraged to use the eTicket delivery option wherever possible to avoid queuing on matchday. Please ensure you use the correct turnstile printed on your ticket and accessible entrances are available in all four stands for disabled supporters who require them and are clearly signposted. Children under the age of two are not permitted entry on matchdays, and all spectators, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket. If you are travelling to the match by car, parking is available at the Derby Arena car park, which is within easy walking distance of Pride Park Stadium. Resident parking zones are in operation on matchdays, with parking fines issued to vehicles parked in contravention of the restrictions. Supporters are therefore advised to use the club's official car parks wherever possible. Please also be aware that a traffic exclusion zone is in place around Pride Park Stadium on matchdays. As part of the club's matchday traffic management plan, agreed with Derby City Council, a dynamic risk assessment will determine whether road closures are required before the final whistle. Closures will only be implemented if it is considered necessary for the safety of supporters. Supporters are reminded about the importance of adhering to ground regulations and to act responsibly when visiting Pride Park Stadium. Discriminatory behaviour which threatens the safety of any sector of the fanbase or makes them feel uncomfortable will not be tolerated and the club will seek the strongest sanctions possible, and similarly, entering the pitch without permission, carrying, or using smoke bombs/flares or pyrotechnics, throwing objects, and drug use will not be tolerated. All identified offenders will be reported by the club to the police and subsequent prosecution could result in a permanent criminal record, which may affect their employment and education, and could result in a prison sentence. Persistent Standing: Fans are also reminded that persistent standing, excluding in the stadium’s licensed and designated safe standing areas, is not permitted and supporters will be told to take their seats throughout the game. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and/or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted inside Pride Park Stadium, including concourse level. Anyone in breach of this club policy may find themselves ejected from the stadium.
