Eastleigh Football Club is pleased to announce the arrival of defender Tommy Dobson-Ventura, who joins the Spitfires on loan from Southampton.* The 19-year-old centre back captained Adam Lallana’s Southampton U21’s side last season. His performances there earned him his second professional deal with the Saints. During the 2025/26 campaign, he made 25 appearances in the heart of Southampton U21’s defence, finding the back of the net on two occasions. Dobson-Ventura has also featured for England at youth level. He played twice for the U16’s in 2021, and scored two goals across those games. He would then also go on to make an appearance for the U17’s the following year. Upon joining the Spitfires, Dobson-Ventura said: “I live round the corner so I used to come watch a lot of games. Now being able to play for the club, I am really excited!”
