SUPPORTER INFORMATION | RAPID VIENNA (H) 19 August 2026Supporters attending our Europa Conference League Play-off at home to Rapid Vienna on Thursday night should read the following information. Key Info · Kick-off: 7:45pm · Turnstiles open: 6:45pm · Ticket Office hours: 11am-KO · Clubstore hours: Open from 11-KO · Tynie Shop hours (Wheatfield Stand): pre-match & half-time · Eighteen74 Bar (Main Stand): Open from 5pm to match ticket holders · TV: Live on Hearts TV PPV- purchase your game pass here Supporters should be aware that there will be some away supporters in Section Q of the Main Stand on Thursday night. This is a UEFA requirement for all European matches and is something that is reciprocated when we travel to away matches. Our supporters are always well received at travelling venues, with no incidents and we kindly ask supporters to ensure our usual high standards are upheld on Tuesday night. Tickets Limited tickets remain on sale and are available to purchase in person and online at Hearts e-tickets. Hospitality Packages are also available and can be viewed here. The Tynie Shop Located in the Wheatfield Stand, our pop-up shop will be open pre-match and at half-time for supporters to purchase tops, scarves and other matchday essentials. The shop accepts card payment only. Stadium Kiosks Kiosks will be open throughout the stadium, please note kiosks only accept card payments. Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in refused entry. Anyone deemed to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will be refused entry, and supporters are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics. Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy. Post-match, supporters are reminded not to gather on Wheatfield Street as players will no longer be stopping upon exiting the stadium due to health and safety concerns.
