USA Basketball has announced its 12-player Women’s National Team for the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup, set for Sept. 4-13 in Berlin. The roster includes Aliyah Boston, Paige Bueckers, Caitlin Clark, Napheesa Collier, Kahleah Copper, Chelsea Gray, Rhyne Howard, Kelsey Plum, Angel Reese, Breanna Stewart, A’ja Wilson and Jackie Young. The team combines 14 Olympic and nine World Cup gold medals and features seven players making their World Cup debuts. The USA is seeking its fifth consecutive and 12th overall World Cup gold medal. Copper, Gray, Plum, Stewart and Wilson return from the 2022 World Cup championship team, while the group will also look to build on its 2024 Olympic gold medal. Boston, Bueckers, Clark, Collier, Howard, Reese and Young will make their World Cup debuts. Boston, Bueckers, Clark and Reese will also make their first USA appearances at a major international competition. The roster has 58 combined WNBA All-Star appearances and 16 WNBA titles. Stewart and Wilson have six WNBA MVP awards combined. Head coach Kara Lawson will be assisted by Natalie Nakase, Nate Tibbetts and Stephanie White.
