The Clarets currently have just one senior goalkeeper on their books in the form of Max Weiss, who has started every friendly this summer following the departures of Martin Dubravka and Vaclav Hladky. Hayen recently admitted to the Burnley Express that the club were keen to bolster their goalkeeping department. “Yes, we're looking for other goalkeepers,” he said. “This is something we're working on every single day. “Behind the scenes, I mentioned it last week, we're working really hard behind the scenes. Sometimes it comes soon, like the transfer of Ugo [Raghouber], sometimes it comes later. Sometimes on the last day, you know how it goes in a transfer window. “Especially with the World Cup, it starts later. You need some patience. I know the fans, but also sometimes managers, they don't have the patience. But we cannot lose our energy into this, because we know exactly how it works. “We put all the energy into the team, into the players who are here. Behind the scenes, we keep on working really hard.”
