It is not the first time the Mahomes family had an encounter with eagles. Earlier in July 2026, Brittany posted a video of large eagles sharing the backyard lawn with crows while feeding. The family had to remain indoors until the birds moved on. Eagles are usually available in the area around the family’s home and a nearby golf course nest that has existed for years.
