Former Portland Trail Blazers forward Trendon Watford has signed with the New Orleans Pelicans. The deal runs for a single year at a $2.9 million salary. The news was reported by Shams Charania of ESPN this morning. Former Blazer Trendon Watford Signs with Pelicans New Orleans gets a reserve forward. Watford played for the Blazers during the first two years of his NBA career, between 2021 and 2023. He averaged 7.4 points and 4.0 rebounds in 18.6 minutes per game over 110 appearances with the Blazers.
