JackJumpers Take Bulk Nutrients Pre-Season Camp to Ulverstone and Launceston The annual Bulk Nutrients Pre-Season Camp is officially underway, giving fans a chance to watch the JackJumpers getting game-ready and to meet their favorite player this week. The JackJumpers will hold two Open Training Family Fun Nights presented by JMC this week, one in Ulverstone and one in Launceston, with Adult tickets for $10 and Junior (under 12) tickets for $5. This is your chance to see the new JackJumpers line-up live in action at an open training session, to meet the players, get a signature and a selfie, and so much more. Don’t miss out on your ticket, just click on the event that’s closest to you: - Ulverstone Sports and Leisure Centre, Wednesday August 19, from 6:30pm - Launceston, Elphin Sports Centre, Thursday August 20, from 6:30pm There’ll be plenty of action on and off the court, with something for every fan: - Player training — watch the JackJumpers put in the work as they prepare for NBL27. - Meet the team and signing session — meet your favourite players, grab an autograph and get a selfie. - Giveaways — facepainting, craft corner, free fairy floss and snow-cones and your chance to take home JackJumpers prizes throughout the evening. This is also the first chance for locals to watch new recruit and home-town hero Taran Armstrong wearing the JackJumpers jersey, since his historic signing with the team. The training camps are part of a proud JackJumpers tradition, started by Coach Scott Roth as part of the team’s Defend the Island mantra which unites the whole state beyond basketball.
