Celtic are looking to lower the asking price for Croatian goalkeeper Dinko Horkas, with no formal offer on the table at UD Las Palmas yet. However, sources from Celtic suggest that the aim is to acquire the goalkeeper for €5m. That would include ‘compensatory clauses’ in the event of a future transfer. Reports in Scotland have then indicated that Horkas is pressuring the Spanish club to let him go. He has even asked not to play in a friendly against Orlando Pirates. Reports have also stated a bid has been rejected, but so far Celtic are yet to make a bid. In the middle of all of this, a club from the Middle East has also entered the picture.
