Bristol City Women have unveiled their new 2026-27 home, away and third kits, with O’Neills producing three bespoke designs inspired by the city and wider Bristol region. Designed exclusively for Bristol City Women, the new collection has been created by O’Neills alongside Bristol-based studio Fever Pitch, giving the WSL2 side its own visual identity for the new campaign. The 2026-27 season will be Bristol City Women’s first full campaign under Mercury 13 ownership, and the three shirts draw inspiration from local architecture, landmarks and Bristol’s famous music scene. Bristol City Women 2026-27 O’Neills Home Kit The Bristol City Women 2026-27 home shirt takes the club in a slightly different direction from the traditional bright red associated with the Robins. O’Neills has instead opted for a rich burgundy colourway, with the design inspired by Tyntesfield House, the Victorian Gothic Revival country house situated close to the Robins High Performance Centre. An intricate tonal graphic runs across the front of the shirt, incorporating architectural-style shapes and detailing while remaining subtle against the burgundy base. The shirt is finished with a retro-inspired ribbed collar featuring contrasting stripes, with matching detailing appearing around the sleeve cuffs. Bristol City Women’s crest and the O’Neills logo are presented in light tones on the chest, while Guinness 0.0 appears prominently as the front-of-shirt sponsor. This time the inspiration comes from one of Bristol’s most recognisable landmarks, the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The bridge influence is incorporated into the shirt through the collar and cuff detailing, while subtle vertical pinstripes reference the suspension rods found on the famous structure. O’Neills has produced a vivid purple design featuring a repeating graphic across the body, accompanied by darker purple sleeves and collar. The pattern is inspired by Bristol’s famous music scene, with a sound-wave effect paying tribute to the artists and musical culture associated with the city. Gold is used for the Bristol City crest and O’Neills branding, creating a strong contrast against the purple background. The colour combination also develops the purple-and-gold palette used by Bristol City Women last season, giving the new third shirt some continuity with the club’s recent kit history. A Kit Collection Designed Specifically for Bristol City Women Perhaps the most significant aspect of the new collection is that these aren’t simply adaptations of Bristol City men’s kits. All three Bristol City Women 2026-27 shirts have been designed specifically for the women’s club, allowing each design to tell its own story. The home shirt celebrates Tyntesfield House, the away kit references the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the third shirt draws upon Bristol’s musical heritage. O’Neills and Fever Pitch have managed to incorporate local references without allowing them to dominate the designs, while the burgundy home shirt in particular represents a noticeable change from more conventional Bristol City colours. The purple third shirt should also prove popular with football shirt collectors, thanks to its unusual colour combination and Bristol music-inspired graphic. Bristol City Women 2026-27 Goalkeeper Kits Completing the collection are two vibrant Bristol City Women 2026-27 goalkeeper kits, with O’Neills continuing the strong Bristol-inspired theme seen across the outfield shirts. The goalkeeper designs take inspiration from Bristol’s famous hot air balloons and the city’s long association with ballooning. Flowing vertical waves sweep across the shirts, creating a sense of movement while also recalling the curved shapes and colourful panels of a hot air balloon. The first goalkeeper shirt features a striking yellow and orange colour scheme, with the warm gradient giving the design an almost sunset-like appearance. Black is used for the collar, sleeve cuffs, O’Neills branding and Bristol City crest, while Guinness 0.0 appears centrally. An alternative version transforms the same graphic with a pink and light blue palette. The softer pastel colours provide a completely different look while retaining the balloon-inspired flowing pattern, with blue sleeves, collar and cuffs completing the design.
