He’s never really shown anything when played and it’s not like he’s had one position to excel in, either. So, the expectation was that he’d leave in the summer. Interest has been minimal, though, and Amorim has seemed keen to give him a chance. So, when he started yesterday’s game against Manchester United, there was a little bit of intrigue, especially with Luka Modric being benched. It certainly wasn’t his best game, but with some time and a bit of work, he could be a useful asset. Why Amorim kept Musah On his YouTube channel, as MilanNews relays, Fabrizio Romano offered some information on Musah’s summer and what Amorim told the management about the American. “With Musah, the AC Milan coach immediately told the management to wait to release him because he was convinced that he could do well with him, and therefore vetoed his departure.”
