Improved 7 HARRY WHITWELL A full Championship debut for the academy graduate just reward for pre-season and EFL Cup form. Did well here, honest running and tried to move forward before tired. Honest 7 OUSMANE DIAKIATE Really strong performance from the midfielder. Slightly wobbly on ball in first half but really strong physically and helped push his side through without the sold Mowatt. Strong 8 FELIX HORN MYHRE A first start and Championship debut for the Norwegian and he showed encouraging glimpses. Most of his work was without the ball in deeper role filling for Mowatt, including goal-saving block. Tireless 7 ISAAC PRICE Continued impressive pre-season form. Looked strong with and without the ball, particularly relentless pressing from his left side and in midfield. So unlucky hitting bar from range. Relentless 8 AUNE HEGGEBO Missed Friday training laid low with sickness bug but you would not know it. Worked tirelessly as ever for the cause and got reward with 'Hand of Hegg' opener. Recover 7 JIMMY-JAY MORGAN What a find the 20-year-old continues to look. Marked his Championship debut with an effective display. Perhaps not as involved as he'd like, but goal and assist to make difference. X-Factor 9 SUBSTITUTES: Jayson Molumby (for Horn Myhre, 68) Made a big difference with his bite in midfield. 7 Rabby Nzingoula (for Whitwell, 68) Really bright Championship debut.
