Having arrived from Tottenham for around £10million in 2023, Winks played 109 times for the Foxes and helped them earn an instant promotion to the Premier League under Enzo Maresca in his first season. Despite having a fractured relationship with City supporters following a number of incidents, Winks has thanked supporters for their support and wished the club the best on social media. His exit follows that of Victor Kristiansen, who joined Panathinaikos on a season-long loan - which includes an option to buy. Jannik Vestergaard is expected to follow the pair out of the door at Seagrave and is in talks over mutually terminating his contract.
