Danny Imray Out of the four signings from last summer who are no longer with the club, Danny Imray is the standout. After getting over an initial spell on the sidelines, the wing-back thrived for the Seasiders on loan around the festive period, ultimately scoring two goals and providing two assists in 16 outings. His performances saw him recalled by Crystal Palace, and sent back out to West Brom in the Championship. The 23-year-old has recently departed Selhurst Park permanently, joining Wrexham in a £5million deal. Emil Hansson Emil Hansson’s loan spell with Blackpool also came to an early end in January, but for different reasons. Things didn’t work out for the 28-year-old in Tangerine, with Birmingham recalling him to then mutually terminate his contract. There was no doubting the winger’s talent, but he just didn’t fit in under the way Evatt wanted to set up. Banks is now back with St. Pauli, who suffered relegation from the Bundesliga last term.
