Yesterday, Christopher Nkunku was seen in the airport after the news that he could leave AC Milan, but no move is on the table yet. When you see a player in an airport after the news that they are no longer part of the team, you can rightly put two and two together. However, it would appear that there is nothing concrete happening just yet. Nkunku leaves… but Fabrizio Romano offered an update on the Nkunku situation, as relayed by MilanNews. “Christopher Nkunku left Milano on Friday but not due to any imminent transfer – negotiations have just started with clubs keen. “No talks with Barça at all. Nkunku, up for sale as AC Milan want him to leave before the end of the window.” So, whilst he may have been seeb at the airport, he is not headed to sign for a team, far from it. Instead, he could’ve headed to discuss the situation with his agents, or alternatively, he could’ve been granted leave. More is likely to be revealed in the coming days, but right now, there is no move on the table for the Frenchman.
