Ipswich Town winger Wes Burns is expected to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Leicester City, according to reports. Mike McGrath of The Telegraph has claimed that the 31-year-old is closing in on a move to the King Power Stadium this summer. Burns is one of the players available for transfer at Portman Road following Ipswich's promotion to the Premier League. The Wales international extended his stay at Ipswich by signing a new one-year contract in July, but is now set to leave the club after playing a key role in their remarkable rise through the divisions. Burns joined Ipswich from Fleetwood Town in 2021 and helped them secure three promotions during his time at the club.
