Leicester City striker Kirsten Otchere will spend the 2026/27 season on loan at League Two side Cheltenham Town. Otchere has been one of the standout performers of the Foxes’ pre-season campaign, scoring three goals and impressing while leading the line for Russell Martin’s side. There had been suggestions that Otchere’s impressive pre-season could earn him a place in Martin’s squad for the League One campaign. However, his loan move means Leicester are now expected to add another striker alongside their pursuit of Bristrić. Elijah Adebayo, who has spent the summer on trial at Bristol City, is one name that has been linked with a move to the King Power Stadium. Martin has been consistent with his message that he wants to improve his squad, particularly in attacking areas.
