RC Strasbourg’s Abdoul Ouattara is edging closer to completing a move to Ipswich Town, hours after Julio Enciso reached an agreement with the Premier League side. The Paraguay international will join on a permanent transfer and has travelled to carry out his Ipswich Town medical.
