However, it's understood Swansea is the club seen as the best fit for his development. The club's record for developing young players, and the chance to work with Matos, is believed to have helped convince the player to make the move. Sources have stressed the deal is not done, and interest from elsewhere clearly remains a concern. However, as things stand, it appears they are firmly leading the race. Obtaining a visa is not considered likely to be a problem for Fall Seck, who has three international caps to his name, although he wasn't included in Senegal's recent World Cup squad. The news will come as a boost to the Swans, whose efforts to land Andre Almeida appear to be fading.
