Sheffield United’s transfer business He would have arguably been a shrewd addition for Sheffield United, although the Blades have managed to add Matt Doherty to their right-back department. That being said, there was recently talk of interest from Italian outfit Sassuolo in Femi Seriki. If Seriki is lured away from Bramall Lane, Sheffield United may be forced to dip back into the right-back market. As it stands, former Tottenham Hotspur defender Doherty is just one of two new recruits in Chris Wilder’s squad. The club have also landed winger Romelle Donovan, who has joined the Blades from Brentford on a season-long loan deal.
