Burnley kick off their new league campaign with one of, if not the most difficult fixture up first. Title favourites West Ham are the visitors to Turf Moor as Nicky Hayen takes charge of his first Championship game. The Clarets will be looking to end their long wait for a home win in the league, which stretches all the way back to October last year. They’ll also be looking for an improvement from last week’s penalty shootout win over Notts County in the Carabao Cup, while their opponents came from behind to beat Portsmouth 3-1. Here’s how Burnley are predicted to line up for Sunday’s encounter: 1. GK - Max Weiss The German has made it clear he will be Burnley's number one this season and will be full of confidence after his penalty heroics last week. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography 2. RB - Connor Roberts Assuming he's fit enough to start, Roberts is Burnley's strongest option at right-back with Kyle Walker clearly preferred in the centre under Nicky Hayen. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography 3. RB - Kyle Walker Unless something changes in the transfer market between now and September 1, it looks like Walker will be playing at centre back for Burnley this season. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography 4. CB - Joe Worrall Worrall was preferred to Hjalmar Ekdal in the cup last week and did okay, so is likely to keep his place unless Hayen opts to make another change. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography
