Club Brugge have identified West Ham United midfielder Freddie Potts as their leading candidate to replace Raphael Onyedika, with the two clubs reaching an agreement on a deal worth around €12 million, according to transfer market expert Sacha Tavolieri. The Belgian champions are on the brink of completing the signing of 22-year-old after agreeing to sell the Super Eagles star to Eintracht Frankfurt, while Potts has already given the green light to the move. The English defensive midfielder is set to arrive at the Blauw & Zwart training camp this afternoon to undergo his medical. Onyedika is on the verge of completing a permanent move from Club Brugge to Eintracht Frankfurt after the two clubs reached a full agreement over his transfer. According to Sky transfer guru Florian Plettenberg, the Bundesliga side will pay an initial fee of €9 million, with additional performance-related add-ons included in the deal. The 25-year-old is set to sign a contract that will keep him at Eintracht Frankfurt until 2031. Onyedika and his representatives have officially informed all parties of their decision to proceed with the transfer, clearing the way for the move to be completed.
