West Ham have allowed Freddie Potts to travel to Belgium to complete his medical ahead of a move to Club Brugge, it’s been reported by ExWHUEmployee. Reporting on The West Ham Way Patreon, Ex advised that the club had decided to accept the offer for the Academy midfielder, with Potts leaving pre season to undertake the medical. “Freddie Potts was named on the bench today on the official club graphics but it is believe he left the club’s camp this morning to fly to Belgium to complete a medial at Club Brugge ahead of a £10m move,” stated Ex. “It was thought that Nuno was in mixed minds about sanctioning the sale even though in the week we had reported he was considering selling the son of West Ham legend Steve. “It is thought Nuno wanted to move the player on but only on the assumptions that other midfielders will be bought or remain at the club. “West Ham are thought to be pushing to sign Celtic midfielder Arne Engles and although their original bids have been rejected the club will return with another offer.”
