Liverpool confirms new kick-off time for friendly game ahead of Como double-header Liverpool has confirmed a change in kick-off time for its first friendly against the Italian side Como this weekend, with that match set to be played behind closed doors Liverpool's behind-closed-doors clash with Como this weekend will now kick off half an hour earlier than planned, with the later fixture that will be played in front of fans remaining a 6pm (UK time) kick-off. The first match of the day will take place at the earlier time of 11.30am (UK time). It was previously set to start at midday. While there will be no spectators in attendance, it will be streamed via official club channels. Como is managed by the former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas. The Italian side will play in the Champions League next season and drew 1-1 at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday. So far this pre-season, Liverpool has won twice and lost twice.
