While nothing has been finalized, the latest update suggests Blanchard could be closer to stepping into a new ring than many expected. I can confirm. We are in talks with Tessa. That’s about all I can confirm at this point, but you know, she’s incredibly talented,” Bauer revealed. Bauer also revealed that Blanchard’s relationship with MLW nearly began years ago. According to him, she was originally expected to be part of the promotion’s relaunch in 2017, but scheduling conflicts ultimately prevented her debut. Blanchard has never competed for MLW, making a potential signing a fresh chapter if an agreement is reached. She became a free agent after securing her release from TNA Wrestling in June. Blanchard has spent much of 2026 competing for CMLL. The timing has naturally fueled speculation about where Blanchard will wrestle next. Nevertheless, Bauer stopped short of confirming any deal or debut plans. He also did not connect the ongoing discussions to MLW’s upcoming events.
