A hearing for Miller’s misdemeanor charge is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 21 in Jasper County Circuit Court. In the wake of Miller’s accident, the Missouri Attorney General’s Office launched an investigation on July 2 into allegations that the ESPN analyst owed numerous individuals payment for fantasy football leagues which he operated.
