Michael Carrick commented on the attacking roster for Manchester United after a midweek win. The Red Devils marked their return to the Champions League with a 4-0 triumph over Sabah, and several forwards got in on the act at Old Trafford ahead of the Manchester derby this weekend. · ‘It's fantastic that they're all in good form’ Benjamin Sesko has not started a game for the Red Devils since the 3-2 triumph over Liverpool at the start of May, suffering a shin injury. He marked his return to the lineup with a goal at the end of the first half, adding to the options that Carrick could choose from on the weekend in the attack. Marcus Rashford remained on the bench throughout Thursday, having impressed upon his return from a season long loan at Barcelona. Matheus Cunha broke the deadlock, and Bryan Mbeumo assisted Sesko’s strike in the first half, while Joshua Zirkzee stepped in for Sesko in the 64th minute. With Bruno Fernandes also finding the net, the head coach has the right sort of selection headache. "[Sesko] offers a different kind of threat. That's the beauty of it - we know what he gives us. There's not many around that give you what Ben does in terms of physicality, playing on the last line and his speed to run in behind. It's great to have him back at this level after him working to get his fitness back. A couple of goals, good minutes in him - we're really pleased with him. "It's not an easy decision, but it's definitely one I prefer. The understanding they all have of sometimes you might start a game, sometimes you might be finishing a game - we need that in the group from game-to-game over the season. It's fantastic that they're all in good form and have started so well."
