Marcellus has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Annemarie and her children other than during monitored visits, according to new legal documents obtained. Once Marcellus completes five court-ordered domestic violence classes, he can have un-monitored visits with his children twice a week and once a weekend. In accordance with the court order, Marcellus and Annemarie can meet and confer once he finishes 26 classes to discuss extended parenting time, which may include overnights. If Marcellus stays 20 yards away from his kids’ extracurricular activities, he can still attend. Although the judge declined to make an order regarding financial matters, he told the couple to undergo co-parenting counseling. Annemarie filed for divorce and asked for a restraining order in July, claiming she had been abused physically, sexually, and emotionally by Marcellus. He denied the allegations.
