Leicester City sale plans revealed as King Power asking price emerges
King Power are searching for potential investors in Leicester City after 16 years
A brochure detailing the potential sale of Leicester City and its portfolio of assets has been sent to potential buyers amid King Power's search for investors.
According to The Athletic, the brochure, titled 'Project Lineup', has been drafted by global investment bank Citigroup. It details the club's assets, including the academy, King Power Stadium and the £100m Seagrave training base.
The Foxes' women's team and sister club OH Leuven in Belgium also feature in the list of assets available for purchase.
The report states that the Srivaddhanaprabha family are seeking around $300m (£222m) for the entire portfolio, but a deal is more likely to be around £148m due to Leicester's drop from the Premier League to League One and recent financial losses.

To attract potential investors, the brochure details the success under the King Power ownership. The family bought the club for around £35m from Milan Mandaric in 2010 and since then, have won the Premier League and FA Cup.
Project Lineup emphasises that Leicester are one of only five clubs to have won all three major domestic trophies since 2000. It also adds that Leicester are "the most successful club in EFL history" and "the third largest English city with only one club … deeply embedded in Leicester’s fabric with a dynamic, broad-based and highly loyal fanbase.”
The football club also represents "a rare opportunity to acquire a club with an excellent track record of winning promotions to higher divisions".
Since 2021, City have recorded losses of £92.5m, £89.7m, £19.4m and most recently £71.1m over the last four accounting reports. The Athletic also states that the extension assets are expected to attract interested parties. As well as the assets mentioned, the Belvoir Drive training ground and land acquired by the club outside the King Power Stadium for a potential expansion are included.
The property portfolio, as of 2025, is valued at £204m. The stadium is valued at £74m, Seagrave at £121m and Belvoir Drive at £9m.
