NFL Media is bolstering its ranks ahead of the 2026 season with a pair of familiar names.
The league’s media arm is undergoing a transition this season with NFL Network now under the umbrella of ESPN. That arrangement is part of the equity deal that now sees the league as a minority owner in the worldwide leader with a 10% stake in the sports media giant.
So ahead of the 2026 season, NFL Media is now shifting to a digital-first approach.
The NFL has already announced that former NFL Network regulars like Andrew Siciliano and Colleen Wolfe would feature as hosts. And now they are starting to fill out the roster on the analyst side.
On Tuesday, the league shared an announcement that former Super Bowl winner Nelson Agholor and quarterback Cody Kessler would be joining. The pair of new analysts will feature on NFL GameDay Preview. That show will stream on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the season on the NFL Channel on FAST networks, NFL+, the NFL’s YouTube channel and the NFL app.
Agholor played ten seasons for five teams in the league but is most remembered for his time with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he helped the team win Super Bowl LII. Kessler played in 17 games across three seasons with the Browns and Jaguars.
And in what must be an attractive element for NFL Media, the two will walk in to their studios with some well-established chemistry. Kessler and Agholor were college teammates at USC and formed a successful connection in the Trojans passing attack.
