Ahly Tripoli have beaten Zanzibar’s KMKM 3-0 away from home in the first leg of the first preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Hamdo El Houni opened the scoring after 20 minutes before Congolese Mayele doubled the lead two minutes later.
Algerian Hussein Dahiri added a third with a header in the 28th minute.
The second leg will be played at Tripoli Stadium on 13 September, with the winner advancing to the second preliminary round.
