Republic of Ireland international Festy Ebosele has joined newly promoted Turkish Super Lig club Erzurumspor for an undisclosed fee. The 24-year-old right-back signs for the Eastern Turkish side from their Super Lig rivals Istanbul Basaksehir, who he joined in January 2025. Ebosele has a solid season with Basaksehir last term, playing for them 20 times and scoring once as he helped them to a fifth place finish and European football. It's the latest move for the well-travelled defender who has who has previously played for Derby County, Udinese and Watford. Ebosele looks set to join Erzurumspor as their new first choice right-back, a position where the club has been seeking to strengthen, which should see the player enjoy a marked increase in playing time. Erzurumspor confirmed the move in a short statement which read: "We have signed an official contract with our footballer Festy Oseiwe Ebosele. Welcome to our community!" Trevoh Chalobah has completed his move from Chelsea to Italian side Como in a deal understood to be worth more than £30m. England defender Chalobah departs Stamford Bridge for a reported fee of £25.7m, with a further £5.1m due in potential add-ons. The 27-year-old has signed a contract until 2031 with the Serie A club, who are managed by former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas and are preparing for their first season in the Champions League. Chalobah made 151 appearances for the Blues, including 47 last term, after joining the club's academy at under-nine level. Paris Saint-Germain have re-signed France defender Lucas Digne from Aston Villa on a deal until 2029. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but British media reported that PSG activated an £8.5m release clause for the left-back. Digne returns to the French capital 11 years after leaving PSG, having spent two seasons at the club between 2013 and 2015, during which he won two Ligue 1 titles, a French Cup and two League Cups. "I am very honoured to be returning to Paris St Germain following the wonderful experience I had here more than 10 years ago," Digne said in a statement. "I cannot wait to start this new chapter and put all my experience at the service of the team." Southampton midfielder Shea Charles is set to undergo a medical at Fulham after the clubs agreed a deal worth up to £30million. The 22-year-old is expected to sign a five-year contract at Craven Cottage and become the most expensive Northern Irish footballer. Fulham will pay an initial fee of £26m, while the transfer includes a further £4m in performance-related add-ons. Charles, who has 35 international caps, joined Southampton from Manchester City in 2023 and has registered six goals in 76 appearances for the Sky Bet Championship club.
