Swedish Allsvenskan club IK Sirius are in talks with former captain Moses Ogbu over a possible return to the club this summer. The Nigerian attacker is currently a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Chinese club Nanjing City. Ogbu previously had three separate spells with IK Sirius, scoring 62 goals and providing 22 assists in 202 appearances across all competitions, establishing himself as a club legend. According to Uppsala Nya Tidning, IK Sirius have been in contact with Ogbu regarding a potential return to the club. IK Sirius are currently in the market for a striker as a possible replacement for Robbie Ure, whose transfer to Sevilla is imminent. The Scottish forward is expected to undergo a medical with Los Rojiblancos in the coming days. Ogbu has Allsvenskan experience, having made a combined 80 appearances for three clubs: Jönköpings Södra, IK Sirius and Mjällby AIF. In addition to those clubs, Ogbu’s career has also included spells with Gimo IF, Al-Ain, Grimsby Town, Wuhan Three Towns, Pohang Steelers, Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic and Shijiazhuang Gongfu.
