BREAKING: Lachie Miller has left the field through injury just minutes into tonight’s top of the table clash between Leeds Rhinos and Wigan Warriors. The Rhinos full-back looked to go down without being touched, which is never a good sign for any rugby league player. Miller, who has been a prominent name in the Man of Steel top five rankings this season, has been so crucial to the Rhinos’ style of play, and his absence could be hugely felt both in the rest of tonight’s game and in the play-offs. The Australian left the field just eight minutes into the contest, and was replaced by Chris Hankinson, who started in the back row. Zak Lloyd came on in Hankinson’s place. Following his withdrawal, Hankinson failed to clean up a line break made by Wigan, as Austin Daniel beat the stand-in number one with ease, before passing to Adam Keighran for the first try of the game.
