McInnes’ side didn’t give up and have returned with an improved bid. Earlier today, Sport Witness covered claims of Rangers offering around €8-8.5m. The forward is on the verge of leaving, and the La Liga side could launch a new attempt. Rangers closing in on agreement Journalist Rik Elfrink now claims PSV Eindhoven have all but finalised an agreement with the Ibrox club.
