George Russell topped the times in the final practice session ahead of qualifying later for the Italian Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver, who was also quickest in practice two on Friday, crossed the line over two-tenths ahead of Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton.
Red Bull's Max Verstappen finished in third, while title leader and home hero Kimi Antonelli was fourth in the Mercedes, 0.361 seconds off his teammate's pace.
Lando Norris rounded out the top five in the McLaren.
Qualifying for Sunday's race takes place at 3 p.m. BST.
