A few negatives As Tuttosport writes, the squad has not been completely one way or the other. In other words, it’s not been a dismal pre-season campaign; there are still positives that have emerged, even if two draws and a defeat don’t expire. In terms of its shortcomings, there are issues with the quality and structure. Ultimately, there needs to be starters on the flanks because Davide Bartesaghi and Alexis Saelemaekers have not really impressed. The defence didn’t work generally, and there was not one exposed weakness. Instead, it was a mixture of goals, so this also needs to be worked on. Finally, the attack needs to gel, but this is a little more understandable, really. The positives Looking at the good things, Luka Modric and Goncalo Ramos impressed. Both look sharp and perhaps above their teammates in terms of quality. The other side of that coin is Christian Comotto, who is living the dream. Indeed, the young Italian improved last season and he has certainly made a case for himself this season…
