Tottenham winger Manor Solomon has joined West Ham on a three-year deal. West Ham have officially announced the signing of Manor Solomon from Tottenham on an initial three-year contract, with the option for a further year. The Championship club did not disclose the fee, but they are understood to have paid about £5m, potentially rising to £7m with add-ons, to make the Israel international their third permanent signing of the summer transfer window. The 27-year-old spent the last season on loan away at Villarreal and Fiorentina from Spurs. After a disappointing spell with Villarreal, Manor Solomon joined Fiorentina in the second half of 2025/26. He made 19 appearances for Fiorentina, but the Serie A club chose not to trigger a buy option in his clause. The winger returned to North London and was integrated into the squad by Roberto De Zerbi, with Solomon playing the most minutes in the ongoing pre-season campaign. However, the writing was on the wall for him. It’s a Club that won a European trophy just three years ago, and I think this is where the Club should be, and I’m here to help the Club to be where it belongs. “I’ve spoken both with the manager and with Nils. They showed me the project, what they want to build there. Of course, our first task is to get promoted, to go back to the Premier League. I really like all the ideas and everything they have presented for me. “I’ll try to give my all in the first season and then in the seasons ahead. I want to be here for a long time and I want to make the fans really happy.” Solomon excelled in his last season at Championship level. He scored 10 league goals and supplied 13 assists to help Leeds United win the Championship title and clinch promotion to the Premier League. Now with West Ham, he harbours similar aspirations, as Nuno Espirito Santo eyes a return to the top flight at the first time of asking. A move to the London Stadium allows the Israeli star to resurrect his career. At 27, the diminutive winger is at the peak of his powers and has the Championship experience under his belt to help the Hammers achieve promotion.
