However, the biggest takeaway from the mini-presser wasn’t Cleveland’s concerns about its depth at EDGE. It was… her choice of attire. On the Browns’ X post of Hickman’s presser, the reactions poured in. The criticism continued to rain down on the organization, with many fans questioning the message on the torn sweatshirt. “Only the #browns would run someone like this out there in front of the media wearing a LOS ANGELES shirt with holes in it. @JDubsIII WTF is going on here?!?” CleSportsFan34 said on X. Perhaps the most brutal feedback came from MikeR5577, who saw the biggest takeaway from the entire situation as a lack of self-awareness within the organization. In a vacuum it’s not a big deal but if you follow them closely it tells you the whole story of who they are.” Ultimately, for a franchise whose fans are desperately looking for good things to cling to, this doesn’t help. It’s simply not a good look, and it perhaps offers a preview of what could be a very long season in Cleveland.
