Salah has also agreed a clause guaranteeing him a 20 per cent share of the revenue generated by Trabzonspor's retail company, which is brand-specific to him. It means that he will see a substantial cut of shirt sales bearing his number, as well as any specialist items which are released in his image. Speaking about the move, Salah explained that he was taken aback by the atmosphere, while promising his dedication to the club's success. He said: "I am very happy to be in this incredible atmosphere. "I don't recall ever seeing anything like this before. There are 25,000 people here —it's incredible. "I've never seen anything like it. He told Football Ramble: "I never believed he was going to go to Saudi, because number one, he's too good for that. I think he can be playing in Serie A. "Turkey for me feels a level too low. I was convinced he'd end up at an AC Milan or Juventus or somewhere like that, maybe his wages were a problem.
