Milan have reportedly agreed a loan with option to buy for Nottingham Forest winger Omari Hutchinson, so are rushing to organise a medical. It had been suggested last night by both Mail Sport and Sky Sport Italia that the Rossoneri approached his entourage to ask for his availability. Hutchinson move to Milan is on Now Fabrizio Romano notes that has escalated rapidly, with the two clubs reaching a verbal agreement. Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio notes it is a paid loan with the option to buy that can become an obligation if certain conditions are met. Nottingham Forest only purchased Hutchinson from Ipswich Town last summer for €43.4m with a contract running to June 2030. However, he managed only one goal and five assists last season, a disappointing return for that kind of expenditure. Hutchinson was not even on the bench for Nottingham Forest in today’s Premier League 2-2 draw at Liverpool, and he now seems to be packing his bags for a flight to Italy. A versatile winger able to play on the right or left, he can replace Rafael Leao, who today flew out for his transfer to Galatasaray worth €43-45m plus add-ons.
