Through official channels, Turkish Women's Super League side Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi Fomget Gençlik Spor Kulübü have announced the signing of highly-rated Nigeria international Miracle Usani. A defender by trade, Usani was a member of the Super Falcons squad that won the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. The 19-year-old also featured for the Flamingos at the 2022 Fifa U17 Women's World Cup in India. She started every game as Nigeria reached the semifinals of the tournament, scoring against Germany and New Zealand in the group stage. Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi Fomget Gençlik Spor Kulübü won the Women's Super League in the 2024-25 season but finished fourth in the division last term. Usani also boasts CAF Women's Champions League experience, having represented Edo Queens in the competition two years ago. The defender is widely regarded as one of Africa's most promising young players and made her Super Falcons debut at the age of 17.
