Liverpool will face Tottenham Hotspur, while Manchester United will host Brighton, with several other interesting fixtures also included in the draw. The report says the games will be played during the weeks commencing September 7 and September 14. This could allow Arsenal to rest some of their key players during a busy period of the season.
