He still wore a wedding ring. He wore a Yankees shirt, basketball shorts, and tennis shoes. A police officer asked what he was doing. Asked if he was meeting anyone, York replied, “No.” Asked if he was from the area, York replied, “Yes.” According to court documents, York answered an undercover ad. According to police, he arranged to pay $140. In the car, officers found $160 in cash. Additionally, two phones were found. His two sons were shown on one lock screen. A police officer who arrested him did not know who he was at the time. When being questioned, York said he was from Chicago and worked in real estate. The original charge of prostitution has been dropped by prosecutors. The charges were amended to disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools. On Monday, York entered a no contest plea. With credit for time served, he was sentenced to one day in jail. He completed an online course and paid a fine of $1,150.
