3 Newcastle United players miss Valencia match and travel back to Tyneside as recover from injury It has now been revealed that three Newcastle United players have travelled back to Tyneside. This comes at the end of a week-long training camp in La Manga. The trio will miss the Valencia match as they recover from injury. Fabian Scar was forced off early in the Bristol City friendly due to injury and he won’t be involved tonight. Lewis Miley won’t play either, as he continues his recovery from a broken leg. The third one leaving Spain early is Lewis Hall. Mark Douglas at the i paper stating: ‘Hall training today at Benton.
