Blue Jays place RHP Shane Bieber on 15-day IL The Toronto Blue Jays placed starting pitcher Shane Bieber on the 15-day injured list Tuesday with right teres major inflammation. The Blue Jays recalled fellow right-hander Chad Dallas from Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move. The move involving Bieber was retroactive to last Friday. Bieber, 31, is 5-2 with a 4.53 ERA in 11 appearances (all starts) this season. He made his season debut on June 23 after being sidelined with elbow inflammation.
